The fees in #bitcoin is the bytes you upload to the network - that in case of #nostr should be the bytes you download... not see or scroll - see or scroll is free !
Which means - most relays will have a time limit to store message - because they are only routers .. not the data stores !
You will need to download infirmation if you want to keep it with you ..
