If we measured volatility of paper ( unhinged unpegged currencies , stocks , bonds ) , it will obviously show very high volatility.
If we measured volatility of rock solid Manhattan property with it - it will show less volatility.
One bitcoin is just one bitcoin - a digital token .... what we see is the volatility of physical assets .
