All #nostr clients must consider to provide offline mode - reference implementation #gossip ..
Why ?
Because nostr doesn't follow #Android data saver mode .. and possibly #iOS too ..
But more importantly - sometimes you just want to write a note without being bothered by a flood of new notes !
