Inflammation of gut is a common problems - particularly for those who sit all day long (Devs) - or those who travel across time zones (high fliers :-)

the manifestation is in bloating , gas , burps or simply in loss of energy - because food is NOT converting into energy ..

The simplest rational cure is to stop eating random stuff - fried food , alcohol, sodas , bars , nuts ... and ofcourse stop travling ..

And replace it with white diet -

- milk - morning and night
- plain yogurt and rice - once at around 4 PM
- peeled apple - at noon

It takes a month or so to heal the gut .. and get back the natural balance ..

But more importantly have faith -

Krishna said in #Gita 15.14

अहं वैश्वानरो भूत्वा प्राणिनां देहमाश्रित: |
प्राणापानसमायुक्त: पचाम्यन्नं चतुर्विधम् || 14||

ahaṁ vaiśhvānaro bhūtvā prāṇināṁ deham āśhritaḥ
prāṇāpāna-samāyuktaḥ pachāmy annaṁ chatur-vidham

BG 15.14: It is I who take the form of the fire of digestion in the stomachs of all living beings, and combine with the incoming and outgoing breaths, to digest and assimilate the four kinds of foods...

God digests your food - beccause your gut is an entire universe of bacteria and your own cells .. God is NOT some strange fifty dimensional being - it is the universe inside your gut 🙏 ..and all around you !
